SeTia Freeman, Principal

Welcome Bobcat Community!

Greetings Bobcat Family!

I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the proud principal of Bethlehem Elementary School!  I know that I am joining a community of limitless students, a determined staff, and caring parents who will strive daily to make our learners college and career ready!

Sustained by the belief that ALL children can learn and be successful, I have been a proud educator for over two decades. I began my career as a classroom teacher in Atlanta Public Schools before joining Henry County Schools where I have served as an intervention teacher, gifted teacher, instructional coach, and administrator. Serving in these roles has allowed me to build positive relationships, facilitate professional learning, and support teachers with providing effective instruction. As principal, my goal will always be to advance the total school program and increase student achievement by ensuring that we cultivate an atmosphere where curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking can flourish.

I enthusiastically join Bethlehem Elementary with a commitment to collaboration and service and invite you to share innovative ideas as we strive toward our collective goals of academic growth, personal development, ensuring safety, and support.  I cannot wait to support the children, parents, staff, and community stakeholders and look forward to getting to know all of you.

Sincerely,

SeTia Freeman
