Roxann Evans, Assistant Principal

Dear Bethlehem Elementary School Staff and Community,

It is with great joy and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal of Bethlehem Elementary School. I am truly honored to join this incredible community of dedicated educators, and I look forward to partnering with each of you as we continue to build on the legacy of excellence here at BES. My passion as a leader is rooted in the belief that every student can achieve at or above grade level when surrounded by caring, committed, and effective educators. I am excited to support our shared mission of fostering academic success, cultivating strong character, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where all students thrive. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as an Instructional Effectiveness Facilitator, Math Coach, and teacher. These experiences have reinforced my commitment to instructional excellence, data-driven decision making, and building strong relationships with staff, students, and families. As I step into this new role, my top priority will be to listen, learn, and collaborate with you to ensure we continue to grow student achievement while celebrating the unique strengths that make BES such a special place. You will find me visible and present in classrooms, hallways, and at school events because I believe leadership is most effective when it is shared and when relationships are authentic. I am eager to roll up my sleeves, celebrate your successes, support your professional growth, and work side by side with you to create meaningful learning opportunities for our students. I cannot wait to officially meet each of you and begin this exciting journey together. Thank you for welcoming me into the BES family.
