Monique Greer, Assistant Principal
Monique Greer, Ed.S. - Assistant Principal
Dear Bethlehem Bobcats,
It is a pleasure and an honor for me to serve as one of your Assistant Principals for the 2024-2025 school year. I have been an educator for 23 years, and most of those years have been spent serving this beautiful community. For those of you who don’t know, I was here when the school opened in 2007. During my tenure at Bethlehem, I have taught multiple grade levels. I have been a gifted teacher in this building, I have served as the instructional coach here, and now I have proudly stepped into the role of an administrator. Wow! One thing’s for sure: This has been an AMAZING journey!
Bethlehem is my home. I have a heart for this school, its students, and this community. Therefore, I will do my part to ensure that we continue in our tradition of Bobcat excellence.
This year, our school’s theme is “Bobcats Thrive: We Prepare, We Progress, and We Prosper!” I am prepared to work with the administrative team to ensure that each teacher and each student has the tools they need to progress towards their goals. Because, if our school is meant to prosper, one of the keys to our success lies within my ability to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment, build sustaining relationships, and provide effective instructional leadership.
I believe that every child in this building has the capacity to learn at their highest level when they are:
- Trusted
- Happy
- Respected
- Interested
- Valued
- Encouraged
Our Bobcats will THRIVE! However, this is a community effort. We also need every parent to work along with us. Remember, our wonderful parents are an integral piece of this valuable puzzle.
I am excited, and I look forward to working with all of our Bobcat students, teachers, and parents to make this a phenomenal year of learning!
Please feel free to reach out to me at any time. My email address is mgreer@henry.k12.ga.us.
Kind Regards,
